Shipping Time
- Within Lagos: Items are delivered within 2-3 working days of receipt of your order
- Outside Lagos: Items are delivered within 4-5 working days of receipt of your order
- Pre-Order Items: Items are processed and shipped within 7-10 working days of receipt of your order

- Within Lagos: ₦3000 per 2kg
- Outside Lagos: ₦6500 per 2kg
- Outside Nigeria: ₦60,000 per 2kg

Returns and Exchange
- Exchanges are Free. Custom fitting comes with a charge. We operate a same day return policy, that comes with shipping costs no matter the time frame. Items must be returned intact with labels and tags within 7 days. Overseas returns have to be completely processed by the customer as we are unable to offer that service for now. Meaning customers abroad are advised to chat with our customer service agents to guide them on size selection if they don’t fit into our size chart.
- Refunds for returns are net of the delivery charges and takes 3-5 working days. i.e. delivery and retrieval charges are non-refundable

Self-Pickup
- You can opt to pickup your items directly from our pickup locations. However, self-pickup is currently available only in Lagos
